Relic

Saint Anthony of Padua is the Patron saint of lost things and missing persons. Here is little piece of himself which he may well have misplaced. This small copper charm, estimated to date from the early 20th century, contains a tiny scrap of cloth said to have been worn by Saint Anthony himself. Marked “RELIC” it is encased in a small dome to the back of the pendant.

This item has now sold, but I still feel its description is of interest.
